Here's a delicious, simple kabob recipe using Carnivore Seasoning that’s perfect for grilling on the 4th of July (or any day the grill’s calling your name). Prep Time: 20 minutes + 30 minutes marinating
Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 zucchini, thickly sliced
Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Prep the Marinade:
In a large bowl, toss the sirloin cubes with olive oil, Carnivore Seasoning and lime juice (or apple cider vinegar) until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge for optimum flavor.

Assemble the Kabobs:
Thread the marinated sirloin, peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating for color and flavor. Sprinkle a bit more carnivore seasoning on top.

Grill It Up:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 10–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes until the beef is nicely seared on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Rest & Serve:
Let kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optional: sprinkle with a pinch more Carnivore Seasoning right off the grill.
