As you may have seen or heard, we had a fire at our brick-and-mortar store yesterday morning (Sunday, April 12th), which has left the storefront and our office space completely unusable. While this is a significant setback, we are already taking steps to continue serving you with as little disruption as possible.
First and foremost, thank you to all of our friends and customers for the messages, concern, and prayers. Your support means more to us than we can put into words.
Here’s what you can expect moving forward:
✔️ Office operations have been temporarily relocated to Lautt’s Rental
✔️ Our store phone (701-324-2402) is active and currently routed to Lindsay’s cell, so you can still reach us as usual.
✔️ Our shop will serve as our temporary storefront for the foreseeable future (until we can rebuild). The shop is the building to the west of the main storefront located at: 576 Brewster St E , Harvey, ND. This temporary storefront will tentatively open on Wednesday for reduced business hours. Follow us on facebook for regular updates.
✔️ We are actively restocking essential inventory for calving season to meet immediate customer needs
✔️ Animal health products can also be shipped directly to your doorstep. Just give us a call to set up your account!
✔️ Feed and essential animal health supplies are expected to be available for pickup again starting Wednesday, April 15.
We want to emphasize this clearly: we need our customers now more than ever. Please don’t hesitate to call or reach out. We are here to help, and your business truly matters during this time.
We are closed today (Monday, April 13) and likely through April 14 as we continue to regroup and reorganize. We appreciate your patience over the next few days as we establish a new normal and continue working to serve you.
Looking ahead, fencing season is right around the corner, and we will be ready. This is a critical part of our business, and we’re grateful that a large portion of our fencing inventory was not impacted. In fact, as we send this update, a truckload of T-posts and gates is already on the way.
