What does it mean to be a direct-ship customer?
You can place orders for almost all of our animal health products and have them drop-shipped directly to your door. Simply make sure we have the product and quantity you need by checking out the listing on this website, then give us a call to place your order!
How do I place orders?
Please call your orders in at 701-324-2402 during business hours (9 am-5 pm CST)
How long does delivery take?
Once the account setup is complete, products can be shipped directly to you with an average of 1-2 days of arrival time.*
*Please note that it takes 10-14 days for your account to be approved. Please also consider weather delays during the winter months and plan accordingly.
What information do I need to give to sign up?
We need to create a customer profile for you that includes your name, shipping and billing addresses, email, and phone number.
