Cut the artificial colors and extra sugar and make your kids gummies that actually provide vitamins, herbs, and minerals to keep them healthy!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup 100% juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin (about two 10-gram packets; if you prefer plant-based, use 2 tablespoons agar agar powder)
- 1/2 to 1 scoop or stick pack of Re-Lyte Immunity (Pineapple Orange or Blackberry—mix and match flavors!)
- A squeeze of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Combine the juice, water, and optional squeeze of lemon into a saucepan. Bring them to a simmer. Stirring constantly, add the gelatin or agar agar and Re-Lyte Immunity. Keep stirring briskly until smooth.
Use a dropper to put the liquid into silicon molds (we used these; but there are lots of other options, including some that make larger gummies).
Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes. Pop them out and enjoy!
Storage: You can keep them in the mold for 1-2 hours, but after that you should store them in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
