It’s the Insul-Clip Ratchet Strainer with the addition of a pre-formed loop to speed installation when terminating high-tensile (HT) electric fences.

How to Use
- Loop and affix ratchet strainer to fence post
- Staple far end to post to set height
- Thread wire through the barrel of the strainer
- Use Ratchet Handle and wind until desired wire tension is reached
