 Elanco Scour Bos 4 Cattle Vaccine is a killed vaccine for healthy pregnant cattle to provide passive immunity in calves. Aids in immune protection against the following calf scour-causing disease pathogens, bovine rotavirus and bovine coronavirus. These pathogens are commonly known for causing calf scours in young calves. Scour Bos 4 Cattle Vaccine features the benefits of offering more E. coli and rotavirus antigens in comparison to other calf scour vaccines. Features Xtend III adjuvant, providing long-lasting immune system stimulation to help release antigen over time. Flexible administration schedule, allowing the producers to vaccinate up to four months pre-calving. Can be used solely as a pre-calving calf scour prevention vaccine. Or use it as a booster to Scour Bos 9 according to the product label.

Store out of direct sunlight at 2 to 8 °C (35 to 46 °F). Do not freeze.

Do not mix with other products.

Use entire contents when first opened.

In case of human exposure, contact a physician.

This product may cause persistent swelling at the site of injection.

Anaphylactic reactions may occur. Symptomatic treatment: Epinephrine.

Contains amphotericin B, gentamicin, and thimerosal as preservatives

Shake the product well before using. Administer 2-ml intramuscularly in the neck 8 to 16 weeks prior to calving. Repeat 4 weeks prior to calving. Revaccinate with one dose 8 to 10 weeks prior to each subsequent calving. It is essential that newborn calves receive colostrum from the vaccinated dam.
